BACKGROUND

Envision is an equity-free venture accelerator that supports and equips diverse founders. They provide mentorship and support for founders who are usually overlooked in an era of systemic race and gender inequality.

The founder approached Scout, Northeastern's student-led design studio,  to create a refreshed brand identity system and website.

We developed a design strategy that captured the bold, distinctive energy Envision aimed to convey. The new brand identity featured clean yet striking typography using Avant Garde Gothic, while the refreshed color palette retained Envision’s signature orange and yellow—enhanced with bold, complementary secondary colors that added contrast without overpowering the core brand.

Pink Poppy Flowers

The next step was to develop a marketing website that visually set Envision apart from its competitors. We incorporated custom gradients and bold black backgrounds to create a striking, modern aesthetic. The site was designed to serve as both a showcase of Envision’s work and a platform for their community to celebrate and share achievements.
